Do I need good English before starting?

Is Chapter 1 free?

Yes. Chapter 1 includes 50 free Home basics lessons. You can start in your browser without an account or payment card.

What does Pro include?

Pro unlocks the full lesson path beyond Chapter 1, including grocery, transit, health/pharmacy, and review lessons.

How long are lessons?

Lessons are short and self-paced. Many learners can complete one lesson in a few minutes.

Can I use Valora on my phone?

Yes. Valora works in your browser and is designed to be simple to use on phones, tablets, and computers.

Is Valora live tutoring?

No. The main Valora lesson path is self-paced English practice, not live one-on-one tutoring. You can listen, answer, repeat, and continue at your own pace.

Can I try Valora before paying?

How do I cancel?

Billing is managed through Stripe. If you are logged in with an active Pro account, open Billing from your account navigation to cancel your subscription.

I paid, but chapters are still locked. What should I do?

Refresh once, then log out and back in. If access still does not update, contact Valora with the email address used for your account.

Audio is not playing. What should I try?

Check your device volume, try another browser, refresh the lesson, and make sure your internet connection is working. If only one lesson has an issue, contact us with the lesson name.

Does Valora guarantee fluency?

No. Valora does not guarantee fluency. It helps you practice practical everyday English. Progress depends on regular practice and real-world use.

Is Valora test prep?

No. Valora is not IELTS, TOEFL, or exam-prep training. It focuses on practical English for daily life.

How do I report a mistake?
