Help with Stripe payments and Pro access.
Valora uses Stripe for secure checkout and subscription billing. Valora does not store your card details.
I paid, but chapters are still locked
Refresh once, then log out and back in. If access still does not update, email Valora with the account email you used at checkout.
I cannot open billing
Make sure you are logged in with the same email address used for your Pro account. If the billing page still fails, contact Valora.
Checkout was cancelled
If checkout was cancelled, your card should not be charged by Valora. You can return to pricing and try again when ready.
Payment succeeded, but access did not update
This can happen if Stripe confirms payment before the app receives the final update. Refresh once. If it still looks wrong, contact Valora.
I want to cancel Pro
Log in, open Billing, and manage your subscription through Stripe. If you cannot access billing, contact Valora for help.
I used the wrong email
Email Valora with both email addresses if possible. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment details.
